Hey Chalo, Let’s have Chai !
A very familiar calling for most of the sales people .
Sales journey is exciting and often frustrating too, especially in situations like longer wait times for deal closures. Though prospects acknowledge the product or service as best fit to their requirements, yet they may take time to sign up. There could be many reasons for the delays – some in sales people control and some beyond (ex:- competition, internal challenges on client side for the deal closure, etc). Still, sales people never fail to stay optimistic and continue to carry such prospects in their pipeline.
But the human side of sales people finds it sucking and pushes their morale down to dumps. There comes the rescue recipe – “The humble Chai”. One visit to the pantry or local tea stall along with colleagues makes the frustrations go away (at least for time being), This small activity leaves salespeople recharged so they could continue follow up with other prospects in the pipeline while waiting for the tougher ones. Ultimately, it’s Parts & Parcel of Sales 🙂
Anyways, thanks to Tea cups for being there as cheerleaders to our sales spirit.
Tea on..sales on 🙂
Happy selling!
