- It’s fulfilling to help customers meet their goals.
- The sales profession provides an excellent opportunity to enhance interpersonal and business communication skills, fostering overall personality development.
- The euphoria of successfully closing deals, coupled with the prospect of earning unparalleled incentives and rewards, adds to the overall satisfaction of the profession.
- The sales profession offers accelerated career growth opportunities, allowing individuals to swiftly climb the corporate ladder. (some even stated that, people in the sales profession have higher chances to become a CEO or an Entrepreneur)
- Flexible time at their disposal, especially, the field sales staff often enjoy the perk of flexible work hours, adapting to the demands of their dynamic roles.
- A job with not much technical skills requirement.
- A job that even a graduate or an undergraduate can start off with
- No other job and hence sales job (We encountered people who tried jobs in govt departments or technical jobs but in the end landed in sales)
